Citric Acid

Origin: Natural

Citric acid is used mainly in small amounts to adjust the pH of products to prevent them from being too alkaline. Indeed, to respect the natural balance of the skin, the care products must have a pH close to the physiological pH of the skin, which is around 5.5.
