Joining Le Lab is completely free. To become a member, simply log in to your customer account with your usual email address and activate your access from your profile. If you don’t have an account yet, just create one to get started.

Le Lab is Omy Laboratoires’ very first loyalty program. Designed as a natural extension of our promise of personalization, it rewards your engagement with tailored perks: rewards, expert advice, and exclusive access to our latest launches: for an evolving, enriching, and fully personalized experience.

Your tier depends on the total amount of your purchases made from September 26, 2025; all members start at $0 in Le Lab. If you have an active subscription to a personalized product, you will be automatically assigned to the Elite Tier. Check your Le Lab account to track your spending and see what steps you can take to reach the next tier.

Each year, on the program’s anniversary date (September 26), all loyalty tiers are automatically reviewed. Your assigned tier will be based on the total purchases accumulated between September 26 of the previous year and September 25 of the current year.

Level 1 ($0–$299) – Discovery
Level 2 ($300–$599) – Exploration
Level 3 ($600+) – Expertise
Level 4 (Active subscription to a personalized product) – Elite

For the following information to apply, your date of birth must have been added to your account before the beginning of your birthday month.

Automatic gift addition: On the 1st day of your birthday month at 8:00 a.m., your birthday gift will be added to the Rewards section of the “Le Lab” tab in your account.

Coupon: The coupon corresponding to your loyalty level is automatically added to your account and expires on the 1st day of the following month at 11:59 p.m. A minimum purchase is required to use it at checkout (Discovery – $50; Exploration – $70; Expertise/Elite – $80).

One gift per year: Even if you modify your date of birth, only one gift can be awarded per year. To correct an incorrect date of birth, please contact our customer service.

Terms and conditions: Omy Laboratoires reserves the right to change the gifts at any time without notice. It is not possible to claim a gift retroactively for a previous year.
