Rosacea and eczema both cause skin irritation but have key differences. Rosacea typically causes persistent redness, visible blood vessels, and sometimes pimples on the central face (cheeks, nose, chin). Eczema, on the other hand, often results in itchy, dry patches of skin, and can appear anywhere on the body, especially in folds like elbows or knees. Rosacea does not usually cause itching, while eczema is often associated with intense itching.
