After cleansing and dampening your face, apply the sheet mask starting with the upper section, aligning with the eyes and nose. Then place the lower section, carefully aligning it with the mouth. Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes. After removal, gently massage any remaining product into the skin, then apply your serum and cream to lock in hydration. Discard after use. For external use only.
