Your formula isn’t changing.
The way we explain it is.

For a long time, your skin was represented by a few numbers at Omy.

Those numbers helped us make personalization simple and accessible from the very beginning. Many of you even know your combination by heart. But as our technology evolved and we began developing skincare for different areas of the face, those numbers could no longer tell the full story of your formula.

Your skin is more complex than a series of numbers. The way we talk about your personalization needed to reflect that.

From now on, your formula will be presented according to what truly matters: your skin concerns, your skin’s needs and the results you’re looking for.

In practical terms, your numbers will be replaced with the concerns targeted by your formula, such as dehydration, redness, blemishes, or visible signs of aging. Rest assured, unless you make a change, your formula will remain exactly the same. There is therefore no change to the composition of your skincare.

What’s changing is the way we explain your personalization.

Everything else remains the same: your profile is preserved, your subscription will continue as usual and your formula remains personalized to your skin’s unique needs. You also won’t need to retake SkinIA unless you want to update your profile or we need additional information to personalize a new product.

This evolution also allows us to take personalization even further. An area like the eye contour doesn’t necessarily have the same concerns as the rest of the face. It can now be personalized independently to address needs such as dark circles, puffiness, wrinkles or loss of firmness. We’ll let you guess what’s coming next.

After all, personalization was never really about numbers. It has always been about your skin.

Now, that’s much easier to see.
