This Contest is sponsored by Omy Laboratoires Inc., 9100 Rue John-Simons, Suite 200, Québec (Québec) G2B 0S9 (the “Sponsor”). No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The contest “WIN A YEAR OF OUR NEW PERSONALIZED PRODUCT” (the “Contest”) begins on August 20, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on September 9, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the Sponsor before the end of the Promotion Period.
Eligibility
This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are nineteen (19) years of age or older. Participants who have not reached the age of majority in their province of residence must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian of majority age to enter.
Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (defined as parents, spouses, children, brothers, and sisters), are not eligible to participate.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering, participants (and their parent/guardian, if applicable) agree to be bound by these Official Rules (the “Rules”). This Contest is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Limit of one (1) entry per valid phone number during the Promotion Period. Additional entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or any automated means are void.
There are two (2) ways to enter:

- Mail-in Entry: Send a letter of at least 250 words explaining why you love Omy Laboratoires, including your full name, address, date of birth, daytime phone number, email address, and the correct answer to the following skill-testing question: (4 x 2) + 6. Mail your entry in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 9, 2025 and received by the Sponsor no later than that date.
Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- One (1) year of our new personalized product, equivalent to four (4) bottles provided by Omy Laboratoires, valued at $320.
Draw
The random draw will take place on September 10, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) (ET) at the Sponsor’s offices in Québec, Québec, in the presence of witnesses.
Winner Notification Process
Potential winners will be contacted by phone or email at the address provided upon entry. To be declared a winner, they must correctly answer a skill-testing question, without assistance and within the prescribed time limit.
If a participant cannot be contacted, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or does not claim their prize within three (3) business days following notification, the prize will not be awarded.
General Conditions
The Sponsor will only correspond with potential winners regarding this Contest. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for technical failures, data loss, late or misdirected entries.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond its control that impairs the proper functioning of the Contest.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. In the event of unavailability, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or lesser value.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Collection of Personal Information
Personal information collected will be used by Omy Laboratoires solely for the purpose of:
- administering the Contest, including notification and announcement of winners;
2. future promotional and marketing purposes of the Sponsor, in accordance with its privacy policy available at www.omylaboratoires.com.
Final Conditions
The winner must sign a Declaration of Eligibility, Release, and Waiver form within three (3) business days of notification, failing which they will be disqualified.
