ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN THE CONTEST “Mennillo x Omy Lab”!
This Contest is sponsored by Omy Laboratoire inc., 9100 Rue John-Simons, Suite 200, Québec (Québec) G2B 0S9 (the “Sponsor”). No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The “Mennillo x Omy Lab” contest (the “Contest”) begins on November 2, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on November 8, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the Sponsor before the end of the Promotion Period.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are nineteen (19) years of age or older. Entrants who have not reached the age of majority in their province of residence must obtain parental or legal guardian consent in order to participate.
Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (parents, spouses, children, siblings), are not eligible to enter.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering, entrants (and their parent/legal guardian, if applicable) agree to be bound by these Official Rules (the “Rules”). Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Limit of one (1) entry per valid phone number during the Promotion Period. Additional entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or any automated means are void.
Two (2) ways to enter:
- Online Entry: From November 2, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (ET) to November 8, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (ET), via the Contest homepage.
- Mail-in Entry: Send a letter of at least 250 words explaining why you love Omy Laboratoire, including your full name, address, date of birth, daytime phone number, email address, and the correct answer to the following mathematical skill-testing question: (4 x 2) + 6. Mail your entry in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than November 8, 2025 and received by the Sponsor by that date.
Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- One (1) Personalized routine from Omy Lab ($300.00 CAD value)
- One (1) A $300 gift card from Mennillo ($300.00 CAD value)
(“The Prize”) The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $600.00 CAD
Draw
The random draw will take place on November 9, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) (ET) at the Sponsor’s offices in Québec City, Québec, in the presence of witnesses.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by phone or by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question, without assistance, within the required time limit.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or does not claim the Prize within three (3) business days of notification, the Prize will not be awarded.
General
The Sponsor will only correspond with potential winners regarding this Contest. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, data loss, delayed or misdirected entries.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other event beyond its reasonable control affecting the integrity of the Contest.
The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. In the event of unavailability, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or lesser value.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Collection of Personal Information
Personal information collected will be used by Omy Laboratoire solely for the following purposes:
- To administer the Contest, including notification and announcement of the winners;
- For future promotional and marketing initiatives of the Sponsor, in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at www.omylaboratoire.com.
Final Conditions
The selected winner must sign a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within three (3) business days of notification or they will be disqualified.
