Access to SkinIA and the Omy Laboratories website

To access and use SkinIA and the Omy Laboratories website, you must be  at least 16 years old. Access is free of charge; you do not need to register or create an account beforehand.

Access to SkinIA, to the site and some of its sections may require the use of personal access codes. In this case, it is your responsibility to take the necessary measures to ensure the secrecy of these codes. You can of course modify them at any time. However, to prevent fraudulent use of these codes, the number of attempts to access the Omy Laboratories website and some of its sections may be limited. If it comes to your knowledge that fraudulent use of your account has been made, please inform us. All elements that make up the site (SkinIA, trademarks, images, texts, videos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property. On this site we may provide content that you are authorized to download (hereinafter the "downloadable content").   • on any other advertising medium (in particular by advertising at point of sale) (hereinafter the «medium (s)»).

    • You are aware that these social networks are third-party platforms and that as a result, the dissemination and use of the user content on these social networks are governed by the terms of use established by these third parties. Thus, we cannot be held responsible for any use of the content by ourselves or by third parties in accordance with the conditions of use established by the social networks, and in particular, in terms of scope of rights granted, duration of rights and deleting content. You will make any third party claim relating to the use of the content in accordance with the terms of use established by social networks.
