“Win Your Eye Duo” CONTEST – Official rules
Enter for your chance to win the “Win Your Eye Duo” Contest!
This Contest is sponsored by Omy Laboratoires Inc., 9100 Rue John-Simons, Suite 200, Québec, Québec G2B 0S9 (the “Sponsor”). No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The “Win Your Eye Duo” Contest (the “Contest”) begins on October 9, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. (ET) and ends on October 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the Sponsor before the end of the Promotion Period.
Eligibility
This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are nineteen (19) years of age or older. Participants who have not reached the age of majority in their province of residence must obtain the approval of their parent or legal guardian who has reached the age of majority in order to participate in the Contest.
Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate (immediate family members include parents, spouses, children, and siblings).
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering, participants (and their parent/legal guardian, if applicable) agree to be bound by these Official Rules (the “Rules”). The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Limit of one (1) entry per valid mobile phone number during the Promotion Period. Additional entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by a script, macro, or any other automated means are void and will not be accepted.
Three (3) ways to enter:
- Online Entry: From October 9, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. (ET) to October 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET), via the Contest landing page. (Current page)
- Online Entry: From October 9, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. (ET) to October 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET), via the promotional text message sign-up page.
- Mail-in Entry: Send a letter of at least 250 words explaining why you love Omy Laboratoires, including your first and last name, address, date of birth, daytime telephone number, email address, and the correct answer to the following mathematical skill-testing question: (4 × 2) + 6. Mail all of the above in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 23, 2026, and received by the Sponsor no later than that date.
Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- One (1) Omy Lab personalized eye cream (approximate retail value of $59.99 CAD)
- One (1) pair of Good Morning reusable eye patches (approximate retail value of $19.99 CAD)
(the “Prize”). The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $79.98 CAD.
Draw
The random draw will take place on October 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) (ET) at the Sponsor’s premises in Québec, Québec, in the presence of witnesses.
Winner Notification Process
Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry. They will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance and within the specified time limit.
If a participant cannot be contacted, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, or does not claim their Prize within three (3) business days following notification, the Prize will not be awarded.
General
The Sponsor will only correspond with potential winners regarding this Contest. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for technical failures, loss of data, delayed or misdirected entries.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical malfunction, or any other event beyond its control that interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. In the event of unavailability, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or lesser value.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Collection of Personal Information
Personal information collected will be used by Omy Laboratoires solely for:
- administering the Contest, including notifying and announcing the winners;
- future promotional and marketing purposes of the Sponsor, in accordance with its privacy policy available at www.omylaboratoires.com.
Final Conditions
The winner must sign an eligibility declaration, licence and release form within three (3) business days following notification, failing which they will be disqualified.
