Mobile Messaging Service Terms and Conditions

Omy Laboratoires mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Psycos dermocosmétiques inc. ("Us”, “We”, “Our”). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may change or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also amend these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. By consenting to Psycos dermocosmetic inc. SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with messages, including and on behalf of via Psycos dermocosmetic inc. text messages via your wireless service provider to the mobile phone number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a national or federal do not call list. Text messages can be sent using an automatic telephone numbering system or other technology. You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Psycos dermocosmetic inc.. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary. We do not charge the Service, but you are responsible for all text messaging fees and charges imposed by your wireless service provider. The frequency of messages varies. Standard rates for messages and data may apply to your wireless service provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless service provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including your wireless service provider’s charges. You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the STOP single keyword order to +1 (844) 916-2068. Click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel. You will receive a unique unsubscribe confirmation SMS. No other message will be sent to your mobile device unless you have initiated it. If you are a subscriber to other mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will need to unsubscribe separately from such programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number that we use to operate the service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP REQUESTS, that you send to a short code or telephone number that we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring any requests made in such messages. The wireless operators supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to register for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be responsible for the failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent via the Service, any error in this information and/or any action you may or may not take in confidence in the information or the Service.
