What is micellar water and what is it used for?
Micellar water is a gentle cleansing water for the skin formulated without soap and often fragrance-free. This cleanses the skin as effectively as a conventional cleanser. But what is the difference between these two cleansers? The Delicate Mineral Micellar Water gently removes dirt from the skin, makeup residue, sweating, and excess sebum impregnated into the skin thanks to its cleansing micelles¹ derived from a coconut derivative. It removes make-up from foundation, lipstick, and eye makeup (even waterproof mascara). Although a classic cleanser is just as good to cleanse and remove makeup from the skin, it often removes the hydrolipidic film² from the skin.
Who is this natural makeup remover for?
The Delicate Mineral Micellar Water is ideal as it is suitable for all skin types, from oily skin to dry skin. Designed with a minimum of ingredients, including aquifer water rich in soothing minerals, it is suitable for sensitive skin. It removes make-up from the eyes without causing irritation due to its adapted pH. Like cleansing milk, it does not dry out the skin and is ideal for dry and dehydrated skin.
What are the advantages?
There are several advantages to choosing Delicate Mineral Micellar Water. First of all, washing your face will never be as easy because it does not require any rinsing after application. It does not contain alcohol, oil, soap, perfume, or sulfate. It is rich in essential minerals, has a perfectly adapted pH for the skin, and helps reduce irritation. It is made with 99% natural ingredients, leaving the skin soothed after cleansing.
How to use it?
Micellar cleansing water can be used in your skincare routine to cleanse the face morning and evening. It can also be applied at any time of the day to refresh the skin. Its use is simple. Apply a pump of the product to a cotton pad then perform smoothing movements from the inside to the outside of the face. It is advisable to use a cotton pad per area (face, eyes, lips) when it is used to remove makeup. As mentioned above, no need to rinse.
¹A micelle is a group of molecules derived from glucose that trap impurities, sebum, sweat, and dead skin in their center.
²The hydrolipidic film is an external protective barrier whose main function is to defend the skin against bacteria as well as to keep its hydration.
